On September 19, 2017 the MiRoR consortium gathered together in Amsterdam for the first mid-term review meeting. Two Project Officers from the EU, Audrey Arfi and Laurence Marrama, together with Stefan Hofer, an external expert working at the Medical University of Innsbruck, were in charge of reviewing the project.

After a brief presentation of the research teams and projects, the Project coordinator Isabelle Boutron presented MiRoR, its goals, partners, and activities carried out so far. Each of the 15 ESRs presented their work, the results obtained, the next steps of their project as well as their career perspectives. Each presentation was followed by questions from the three reviewers, who also gave them some advice for better pursuing their individual projects.

At the end of the day the reviewers’ gave the consortium a very encouraging and positive feedback and congratulated the consortium on the work carried out during this first reporting period.
